This is pathetic, I bought a package deal : Samsung A04 64gb and a Take A Lot voucher for R300 ,

I received my order last week Tuesday and I got a Samsung 32gb with no voucher, I then called the Thursday to notify the call center that my order is wrong and they have the audacity to tell me that theres nothing they can do assist me THATS A JOKE RIGHT, I MEAN WHAT TRAINING DOES YOUR BOZZA STAFF RECEIVE??

I then sent an email to the general enquiries email address and haven't heard back

ALL I WANT IS WHAT I PAID FOR? IS THAT SO HARD TO ASK? I HAVE TWO CONTRACTS WITH YOU GUYS AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET??? WHAT A WOW

I will keep reviewing until my matter is solved to my satisfaction and will post on all social media platforms until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction . . .
