Empty delivery promises

So unhappy with the service. I bought my router online and the courier company DSV is very ***********. They promised to deliver on the 10th January 2025, but they didn't and i didn't get any update from them. I had to call them and they once again made a promise to deliver on Wednesday 15 January, the delivery guy arrived only to find out the machine is not working and he doesn't have any idea to get help. The delivery guy even left without letting me know that he is leaving, it's like he dissappeared into thin air. Now i got a call that i will get my parcel on the 23th of January. And the router is a month to month meaning i will only benefit for 7 days instead of 30 days. I am so ****ed with the way they handle things. It's lie after lie. Please MTN cut the dealership with your courier company DSV. Very *********** and disorganized.
