Empty box delivered after 2 weeks.
DO NOT APPLY FOR A MTN CONTRACT ONLINE!!!! I app**** for my contract on the 2nd AUG 2024. They use DSV to deliver the device and firstly I waited a week and the DSV driver said that they didnt know how to deliver a device. I waited another week and guess what today the "phone" was delivered, but it was an empty box. The drivers that had the parcel in the first place stole the phone and just left the simcard. I am digsusted in the service and woud advice you to steer clear. disgusting Cutomer Service as well. ************* to be using ******* to deliver valuable devices. SIES!

15 Aug 2024, 11:09USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE BEEN ON THE LINE WITH MTN SINCE 9AM AND IT IS 11AM I HAVE NOT BEEN 1CM CLOSER TO BEING ASSISTED. SO APPARENTLY NO ONE CAN HELP ME WITH MY ONLINE ORDER THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED. THIS WHOLE APPLICATION HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!
