Empower your staff

I think it’s pretty stupid that the call centre agents who work until 10 can’t change coverage settings for customers, some of us also get home after 6 and can’t get any other time to change their coverage what’s the point of paying for internet you can’t use, empower your staff or make this hassle a less troublesome for customers because it’s always something with you guys.
