On the 17 December 2021 I received a call from someone claiming to be from MTN and they would assist with upgrading my contact. After several days I followed up and was told I did the upgrade at Parktown branch. I've never set foot there, so clearly the person was dishonest over the phone. I did several attempts and was given numerous reference numbers ***, to date no phone, people duck and dive. Please call me so I can close my account and go to VODACOM. You are not the only service provider, stay with your dishonest lying agents.
