I requested an mtn agent by the name of Ashley to cancel my contract, she told me my contract is canceled and gave me this Reference number *** then few days later I received a statement with double the amount I usually pay, I called and asked why is that they said she failed to help me the right way and now I'm supposed to pay the amount because of her *********** or else they will blacklist me. Guys help me out.
