emotyionally drained by MTN

I am emotional drained by mtn, I paid you guys all the money that you requested even though I don't understand why I had to pay so much. its a lesson not to ever take a contract phone with you guys. After paying R1,310, R2,016 and I also paid R680 yesterday for which month I don't know I just paid hoping my line will be open but unfortunately I will still not be able to communicate with my family since I am carrying a dead phone. I don't even know what more to do all I know is that I hate mtn and once my contract is done in March I want nothing to do with mtn. I don't want promotions or ant offers. I requested for a statement for all my payments no one bothered to send that but soon as you miss a premium they are quick to block your phone. nevertheless thanks to mtn I am going to have a black Christmas without my phone.
