Emergency vs Reserve For Data
<p>I had an emergency earlier this morning that required me to call for help. As far as I know I had both airtime and data on my phone. I was disappointed to find that my airtime balance was R0,00 all of a sudden and that it was supposedly reserved for data. I mean what nonesense is that??????? </p> <p>I am extremely dissatisfied with this MTN service. I am even considering moving my number to another network. This "reserved for data" nonesense MUST STOP!</p>

Kindly be advised that the enhancement has been developed to indicate that there are multiple internet sessions running on your device which you did not close/logout from. In such an event, please minimize the number of applications running or turn the flight mode off and on again or reboot the device.
