Embarrassing service

Bulelwa service champion at the call center so rude and unprofessional not only shouting but having a don't care attitude. The Mtn Mondo partner are so unprofessional and poor service thoughtout it's such an embarrassment to the Mtn brand and for Mtn to incorrectly bill me and allow a third party to capture my information and not even be willing to assist me to get clarity or help me resolve my complaints and telling me to speak to their third party partners it's none of their concern but advertising products namely the R399 month to month deal as a mtn service yet you get a unprofessional and poor experience and then mtn washes their hands as if they are not involved.
