embarrassed & disgusted.

<p>I am completly disgusted with the service i recieve at MTN. I lost my job and was unable to pay for 3months. I was handed over to legal and i understand that i need to pay the account. </p> <p>How ever i called to make arrangements to pay my account after getting transfered around the whole world when i eventually get to the right department i get told "No youm have been handed over to legal and they can not touch my account". Not only can they not transfer me to them they give me the inccorect number. I do not feel like going through the whole process of waiting 2hours on the phone and get given a million reference numbers only to get nowhere. </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN is the most usless when you need them the most.</p>
