Email says 5 working days turn around its been 20
I logged a claim on insurance for my lost phone with Mtn and the automated reply said it will take 5 working days to get back to me.. To this days I am still waiting. I've been a good client paying on time and this is treatment we get from Mtn. So much of a service, u call the numbers it rings until you stop.
