email invoices

DEAR MTN
I cannot access your invoices sent to me. It is sent via email, but with a link. The link request an OTP which is listed to a number which my wife have (I already moved to Telkom).
I originally signed up contractually to get these invoices via email, which were automatically downloaded.
I have been bul**** into this new method where I cannot download the invoices. I see this as breach of contract, as this was change was not by consent of both parties.
I am waiting for my contract to run out so that it can be moved over to another provider.
I understand completely why you are penalized by Nigeria as they obviously don't take this business methodology.
I have requested to send me invoices via mail, which gets ignored.
Dont tell me to inbox you in a private message as it does not work. Go and have a look, there are hundreds of inboxed messages.
Abe Swart
