EMAIL ACCOUNT CUT OFF

After 12 phone calls to report my email that wont work, I am told that the server, MTNLOADED has been suspended. I use my email for my studies. What now? I URGENTLY need my email and apparently there is no solution to my problem. The call centre agent tells me we were notified 7 years ago about a change! Why was i not emailed at least 30 days ago to change? MTN are not shy to take my money for a service they dont deliver!
