Efforts to reconnect my line

Efforts to reconnect my lines without success. I have been trying to reconnect my line since December but not getting definite answers. Last Monday I was given the hope that the line will be connected in 3 days time. Today is Friday still mot reconnected. When I call I still to not get answers. The *** just goes on and on with not even an indication that I'm on the queue.
