Educate your staff
MTN please educate your staff!
I called the call center to change information given yesterday, the person advised me that I dont have authority on the account and that if I wish to have authority my husband the account holder should call and give my name and ID number and that would grant me access. My husband calls in and they say no that he needs to give an affidavit to give me access. I call the call center to confirm why they said that we can call in and it would grant me access and the lady said no I must go to MTN shop. My husband and I go to MTN shop and they tell us no we need a lawyers letter to give me authorization....
Seriously MTN staff get your facts straight!!!!

Kindly note that the correct process is for the account holder to submit an affidavit stating that he gives permission to a "person" to gain information regarding the cell number in question. Include name , surname and ID number of the person that will transacting on the number.
