****ed up network provider

Good day

I've been using MTN for a few weeks now nd I have to say at first I thought it was a great network,they got alot to offer then other network providers.

Until I recieved a MSG from MTN stating that if I download their app they give u 1GB data free.the first time I downloaded the app but I didn't receive my data I waited cos I thought it takes time before u get the data.

Up until I talked to my brother ,who was the one convincing me in joining MTN.he asked me if I got my 1GB for downloading the app nd I told him no!!!nd he said to me u were suppose to get it immediately.

The next day I phoned MTN nd they told me that I had to delete nd download again nd only then will I get my data...but it takes 24 hours I waited nd nothing happened the next day I phoned customer service again nd they created a ticket for me where they gave me a reference number nd saying if I dnt get my data in 24hours again I must phone in nd give them my reference number,which I did but funny enough I was made a stupid by this consultant called KHUMO.

That lady was so *********** nd unprofessional it was disgusting she did not know what to do nd ended up dropping the phone in my ear.

That's not all I kept on phoning in but the consultants kept on dropping the phone in my ear which I feel is rude am a customer that just needs assistance I regret joining MTN they are the worse in my experience

I would like MTN to deal with KHUMO accordingly and would like them to improve their service cos there's consultants working there that does not know their job nd they making the company look bad
