<p>mtn seems to misuses people's mentality. I just spoke to a consulted Jennifer Nene regarding my account. The contract i signed @ mtn was R339 rounding it off I paid R400 monthly . However I was over due in the past 2 months and I managed to finish it off, now suprizingly the consultant tells me my monthly payment is R669.50 . Who the **** did they consult before changing my contract? Why would I take a ****en 3year contract if I could afford a ****ty R669.50 a month. Mtn plz needs to pull up theirs sticky socks. I ain't gonna pay any **** that was not not agreement. Show me papers that I signed changing my contract, make me listen to voice records informing me about the contract changing. I'm ****ty and ****ed disgusted by this stupidness happening. The consultant listed all th **** I'm paying for that amounts to this **** R669.50, which was never mentioned to me, even if it was mentioned the agreement was R389. Let me rather throw away this contract and get black listed coz I ain't gonna pay no **** I was not told about. Mtn need to ****en fix this **** and get my contract back to 339 a month. What the **** maan nxa!!! I'm ****ed ****ed. **** **** **** mtn!! You crocks skelems. </p>

Please be advised that after the discounts have been app****, the subscription fee for the contract is R379.00 (including vat). We have billed the account more than R379.00 (including vat) because of additional data usage and additional data bundles loaded via the self-help service. To prevent the additional charges please change the usage limit R0.00 by dialling *141*1*7852#ok, the usage limit was changed as per below via the self-help service USSD code.
