I am experiencing extremely bad service from Mtn Even made a ceo complaint no response Mtn Took 2 Payments & im Still Battlinh to get my refund They claiming i owe since august 2024 i sent proof of paymemts, bank statements showing payments was made still no respond Beem to three branches where Mtn consultant are confirming all payments have been made and they cant escalate its week 3 they still not responding or investigating the issue on a priority level nor lookinng into my hello peter reviews
