I'm having a horrible experience with mtn as we speak I've upgraded my contract and they have canceled my number after me advising them not to but worst part is I've spoken to supervisor to remedy the situation cause they have debited my account and I can't receive calls cos they have put my number on my router and sent 2 simcard with the router which are not active
