****ed off customer

I have to call MTN customer service every month because they do not upload the data we agreed on and yet I have to pay the full amount every month or they suspend my account and when I call these stupid customer service agents they don't even know what they are doing. Totally useless, they lack training and they don't even know the right extension numbers. Niyanyanyisa Maan
