I am trying to cancel of my MTN contracts that has come of age. I have since become unemployed and will no longer afford for more than one contract. Their cancelation department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Their call center is appalling. I will not be renewing my other contract in September because MTN is very annoying. Roanne from the complaints department has since gone mute. This is disgusting behavior from such a huge corporation. Appalled.
