<p>I currently have a contract with MTN and have insurance on the device. My phone was ****** out of my bag by ****s and i went to claim for insurance. i have been waiting for a response from MTN and today they tell me they cannot process my claim as this was negligence. How can a phone being ****** be negligent this is not some phone that fell or water damage. MTN is the worst service provider and i will cancell my contact because i will not pay for something i do not have. They are just ****** that connvince people to sign contracts but cant give them service. I will not take this lying down you have cheated too many people</p>
