****ed Off at Pathetic Service

I have been trying to cancel my MTN contract for over a month now. They are quick to the the phone for upgrades but as soon as you select retentions they do not answer. I've been on hold for hours at a time. I even made a trip to the MTN store in Cornubia and was told that they cannot contact retentions from the branch I must phone them. Tried again today and I've been holding for almost an hour again and there's still no answer for cancellations. Absolutely frustrating and they still continue to take my money
