Hello my nme is Annelise i app**** for LTE home wifi the 11th of November 2023. i paid money uofront R415 everything was fine the MOnday the courier phoned me DSV they will make delivery at work, they came the Wednesday and leaft woth the package again dew to mtn Biomatrix did not work the driver told me i must call in and ask for them to do it manuay. nothing happen after that . i called mtn gotno help from no one i called DSV they said they will deliver manually than i called again cause the package was not delivered than a lady at DSV told me that MTN requested for the backage to go back to Mtn i never cancelled anything i called MTN no could help me they put me through to this one that one helped me up till now on the 4TH jANUARY i called MTN again spoke to so many different people they said they can see i have a credit with them a lady by the name of UNATHI SKAMA asked for my email address gave me her email i emailed her with my proof of payment i sent it she said they will call me back up till now no one called me back i am so oissed with MTN BAS SERVICE EVER PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME
