*****ed by MTN

I am so dissapointed at MTN, on the 27 Dec 2023 I was debited R4500 by MTN instead of R1090. And I am told an upgrade I know nothing of was done on my behalf, requested an upgrade reversal and they are refusing to bay me back my money. Can one really pay R4500 just for data 🚮🚮 their customer care consultants are playing hide and seek with telling me different stories everyday. Same as the consultants responsible for their facebook page. It has been 20 days since I reported this, I am not getting any help from them.
