I'm am beyond dissatisfied with mtn service firstly I took out a contract in jan but I noticed by billing was for 369 not correct it should be 320 went to mtn stor just to be told sorry the consultant loaded the completely wrong deal that now has been escalated this was jan I am still waiting .....the the consultant told me the payment will only go off on the 1st of Feb I did not it went off end of jan .......now end off Feb I am having problems with my laptop this is seriously getting ridiculous I'm at a point where I will take all this **** back to the and refuse to pay if I do not get this stuff sorted out by mtn ...I will never ever take a contract with mtn ever again worst service and products ever
