Easy to order from MTN. Hard to get what you paid for

I ordered on 2 January 2024 , a wifi router from mtn online and was contacted by a call service agent. The sale was finalized and I made the payment I was supposed to in advance. She told me the package would be delivered within 3-10 business days. Online it was advertised as 1-3 business days. I was called by DSV LOGISTICS and they told me that they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays. So the delivery will take place on the 17th and that they were fully booked , to which I rep**** that I would not be available. She then proceeded to say that they will escalate the matter and work with the dsv kimberley branch. Today at 12:51 pm I received a call from DSV again for the delivery and that rude agent said that they are fully booked and the parcel will only arrive on the 19th. I tried to explain this whole situation again to her but she had such a bad attitude and said there is nothing that they can do and when I told her about mtn promising a delivery in 3-10 working days she told me that mtn doesn't understand how they work.
