Earpods - No feedback

I upgraded both my contracts 1 September 2025 to Samsungs S25 Ultra's and should have received earpods as per the promotions running in that time. The Sunninghill MTN store did not have earpods in stock. Everytime Happiness Phiri who assisted me in store, said she will escalate and has as per the attached emails but still no feedback on my earpods. I am very unhappy about this service and how does the earpods not come with to the store if you know there will be promotions like this. It has been 4 months without any proper feedback.
