UPGRADE - EARLY UPGRADE I CAN UPGRADE 17 AUGUST 2019.

After several calls, and hours of holding on for some one to assist - I went to a MTN shop - Wonderpark, myself and the SALES LADY, spoke to some one regarding an early UPGRADE, goed en wel, ek moet nou wag vir 'n sms om te hoor of ek kan gaan upgrade, kry ek sms, Y'ello, your payment details have been updated as requested. Kind regards, MTNSA boy oh boy, never ask for them to update my payment details!! Ridiculous bad services, again I phone, meanwhile my phone is on charger the whole day, the minute I took it of, it went dead!! Where I stay, I had to phone the gate to open, these days I had to sit and wait for some one else to phone the gate for themselves, I feel like a groot *****, but dit is hoe dit is met MTN, hulle weier eenvoudig dat ek 3 w eke voor die tyd mag UPGRADE. Nou gaan ek eenvoudig oor na ander netwerk, wat bereid sal wees om my dadelik te help met nuwe foon!!! Pathetic regtig swak!!
