Early Upgrade

So 2 months ago I phoned 808 to request an early upgrade due to handset failure. They logged a call with the retentions department and I get an email stating the following: " Thank you for your email. We apologize for the delayed response. Kindly be advised that we offer early upgrades for contract with 19 months and above, unfortunately you have only served 17 months of your current contract. We trust that you find the above all in order. Best regards,Ravhengani Mukatshelwa MTN Retentions Reference Number: ********** 8

So today 7 july 2016 I phoned 808 again and request the same as now the contract is more than 19 months old. I get told to phone ********** 667. Holding on for 10 minutes and finally get told they do not do early upgrades.

It looks like the process changes from call center agent to call center agent as evry day that you phone the rules and procedures are different.

So I rep**** on the e-mail that I got from the retentions department. I get a "read reply" but no return e-mail.

Please advise on what I have to do to...... as I said the processes change everyday.

I can officially upgrade on the 10 August 2016, but can not go another month with a faulty handset as I use this for business.
