Early Termination Request

I am really unhappy with MTN for that past few months yet again I send an email request early cancelation for my contract one of the mtn agents came back and informed me I need to pay early termination fee in August,2 months I send an email 2 days ago regarding my contract I was advise today they did not terminate my contract and I need to pay a early termination fee as I did pay it already in August so what does mtn do with customers money when we pay for the service we ask for I need this contract to be canceled as I already paid 2 months ago
