Early termination not agreed to.

Someone from Mondo phoned me saying that I am due for an upgrade as to where I stated that my contract is only ending the end of the year and that it is not possible. They assured me I will be paying less if I upgrade. I did not want to do an upgrade because I am already struggling with MTN.

They did an early termination on my contract, which I did not ask for. I've been trying to fix this for the last two months. I will be ending my contract only at the end of the year. Not now, as I told the person Inwas speaking to. An early termination was not necessary as I did not request it.

They are quick with causing a problem, but EXTREMELY slow to fix it.
