Early termination

My name is Thabo, my number is ***. Vireshen Bham done an upgrade for me on 24/04/2023 but didn't mention to me that it's an early upgrade and as a result I'll incur charges on that.

Should I known that there will be charges involve I wouldn't agree to continue with the upgrade. So far I've sent emails to Vireshen, Ralf Mupita and MTN complaints no reply while my number is currently suspended. All I'm requesting is for someone to listen to conversation I had with Vireshen and take it from there.
