Early contract termination nightmare

I'm trying to terminate my MTN contract early and have been experiencing so much difficulty. Receiving a simple thing like a settlement quote should not require me spending hours on the phone explaining to call center agents. I also cancelled my Vodacom on the same day and the process was seamless, I received a settlement quotation and was told how to proceed. On the other side MTN call center agents don't know what they are doing. At some point my call was forwarded to their collections department. A very rude lady in that department offered no help.
