I have been taken from pillar to post by MTN and their 3rd party company MONDO. for three months now I have been waiting for a call recording where I signed up my contract with MTN. I am being overcharged on my contract, the services they promised to provide were all lies. I have gone from ombudsman to NCR to NCC with no assistant for something very simple. If you know what's good for you do not make the mistake of using any of the two companies.
