Helping my Aunt who is over 80 and needs a wheel chair with her finances and paying bills we noticed that MTN was taking over 2000 rand from her debit order. She has an old non smart phone and hardly uses it. After further investigation we would another number attached to the account. Mtn could not prove she was the one who registered the number or provide the contract. They told us to go to the police station to get an affidavit. She is immobile and need care so that was not possible. Instead we asked mtn to cancel the number and subscription that had lapsed to a monthly subscription. But instead of the debit order reducing MTn split into 2 1000 rands amount still totalling to 2000+ rand. Stay away from these ****** i am now certain the ***** is coming from inside MTN
