E-SIM does NOT work at MTN

E-sim DOES NOT WORK at MTN. Have tried to get Customer Care to help me with getting E-sim to work on my iphone and apple watch. What a joke! Staff do not even know what e-sim is, let alone how to get it to activate. Most useless service ever. Stay well away and rather go another route.
