E SIM ACTIVATION

Hi It's been over two months now, that MTN is failing to assist in activating e.sim, ie connecting my e.sim enabled smar****ch to my smartphone, I went to the store they couldn't help, I called 135 they also couldn't help, I called 083 etc still they can't help as they say they deel with sales, I dont know where or who to go to now.
