Dysfunctional MTN and Mondo. 5 months and still waiting?

MTN and the dysfunctional Mondo relationship must be losing them thousands of customers. I app**** and was approved for a new Black Friday special 5 months ago and despite weekly calls, at least 10 escalations and uncountable promises that they will get back to me, I have not received a single call or proposed solution. Apparently they are waiting for stock and cannot deliver the SIM card without the stock. So for 5 months in a row nothing happens.......
