Dusgusting Service

It is impossible to get hold of anyone who can help when one has contract queries and problems with billing - I have called every number I could find and no resolution . I want a copy of y contract and no-one can help. They have taken a data contract from R288.00 per month to R1962.00 without informing me. And I have no way out of getting a resolution.
