Dupped by MTN

dupped by mtn, paying for charges i was never aware of, a spend limit on my account that was never put to zero when doing my upgrade, Monies have been deducted twice from my bank account, i have been advised that i am liable for the monies, i am waiting for the collections/customer care supervisor to call me so we can sort out the issue
