Duplicate credit checks when applying for MTN Product
MTN Contract Application Confirmation - Received a call - Completed Credit Check - Told that the product i'm looking for is only on offer by other staff - Told me that another Credit Check will be done
Still waiting for the correct sales consultant to contact me. This process messes up my credit rating. Why could the Sale Consultant not ask me about the product first before doing my credit rating? And why do i have to repeat the process again
