Duplicate billing AGAIN!!!
Hello
I have complained about this so many times, I'm so tired of MTN's services. I have so many reference numbers where I have begged MTN to please stop their duplicate billing they have been charging me for the last few months. I now again received a whole new invoice where it shows that I owe MTN yet again another duplicate amount of what I signed my contract for. I really don't even know how to solve this issue anymore. MTN is also not sending me a quote so I can see how much it will cost me to cancel this contract just to get rid of their ridiculous service. Still waiting for my quote I requested a long time ago and followed up on.

In the meantime I'm being blacklisted through MTN because I "owe" MTN money? Also please make sure I get my quote to cancel this contract, I have asked for this several times on the ********** email where I was told to request this. Thank you
