I am so disappointed in you guys, on the 12th i bought air time 60x2 using loyalty points, and the airtime was only fr mtn numbers, which i understood, then last week somewher btw Thurs to Sunday i bought 3 gig of data on top of the data i already had, to my surprise yesterday, i find that my airtime that was left on my acc atleast 70 rand is gone, I was only left with 12,98cent, and 1gig data, apparently the data bundle i knew, i bought is now whatsapp promotional data, and ever since i started using this network, i dont remember participating in social data bundles, and even if you dial and choose the option for social bundles, you will never see whatsapp data of 1 gig, can someone please check on your system, you will see I have never bought any social bundle, and i have never opted to use airtime for data, as per some agents are saying to me,this is boring guys, and stop forcing me that i bought a social bundles, making me look stupid, i love using internet, I stream videos, i update apps, I use Facebook why would i buy social, instead i bought 30 days of 3gig,then 1 gig that is left on my acc was from all the data bundles i had, not whatsapp data
