DUMB COMPANY

MTN is bad , i gave written confirmation to mtn retensions with a refferance number only to find out i am still being billed and that the contract that was at the end of its term still active and as i was told by mtn retentions numerous times they have escilated to there manager to cancel the contract never happens .

THE MOST INCOMPANTANT COMPANY BUT DARE NOT PAY GOD FORBID .

I WANT MY FF&^%$$ CONTRACT *** TO BE CANCLED LIKE IT STATED AS PER MY EMAIL DATED BACK TO 28 JULE TO CANCEL PUL IT THROUGH MAKE SURE IT IS CANCLED I WILL CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER UNITL YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING CORRECT

THEY CANNOT EVAN PHONE ME ON MY OTHER CONTRACT TO CANCEL IT, THEY SO STUPID TO STILL PHONE ON THE SAME NUMBER I WANT CANCELD
