Duel sim

I have been a customer of mtn for 18 years, I call in to find out why they don't offer Duel sim if the phones are manufactured with Duel Sims and they have attitudes about it. Wow, you should teach your staff people skills. So I have a business contract and a personal prepaid sim with MTN and their solution is making myself an even bigger target as a woman by carrying two phones around with me because they are not prepared to give people the the phone they pay for. This is pathetic, because the phone is manufactured with a Duel sim and people buy it for that reason, but you however feel you can take that away and still make people pay for the full value of the phone. Pathetic.
