Dual sim not supported?!?!
I upgraded my contract a few months ago to the Huawei P20 lite. The first issue I had was that the store did not have stock, then they did not have the color I wanted and kept telling me they were going to get stock. I just gave up and took the black model.
Second Issue I just discovered today is that this phone on the MTN network does not support dual sim??? It has the slot for the second sim. After doing some reading I have discovered that MTN blocks access to the second sim???
I upgraded my Telkom contract to the same phone and that one allows me to use 2 sims! So my question to you MTN is, Why do you do this and how are you going to fix it? I need to use 2 sim cards for personal and Business use. I refuse to carry around 2 phones when the 1 phone I own is supposed to support 2 sims!

Please could you point me to where it states that you sell devices this way?
If I had known this before upgrading, I would not have upgraded and switched networks!
