Dual SIM not activated after 3 weeks
When I upgraded my contract on the 3rd September 2015 and requested a dual SIM card for my contract and it is STILL not active! I am currently in the UK for a few month so am not able to go into a store and the branch will not even assist my mother who has my ID and her ID to have a look why it is not activated! We have been with MTN for many years and their service is just getting worse and worse unfortunately.
