dual sim chaos

On Friday I went to MTN in clear water mall hoping to get my dual sim activated. After waiting in line for an hour. Waiting on a slow consultant for another hour to create the request. Then I'm told I have to wait 2 - 24 hours for the service to activate. And I waited. Still never got activated. Phoned MTN and they said the MTN I did the dual sim at did not activate it ? And I have to go back. So I go back and then I'm told they can't do anything about it and I must wait another 3 hours. Waited and still never activated. Phoned MTN and she said she will escalate the request and it should be done by the next morning. And today I sit. Still without an active dual sim. Phoned MTN and they said that no one in the service department is working and it can only be attended tomorrow. I'm very disappointed with the amount of *********** people working for MTN. I just want my dam dual sim active ! It's really not such a big job ! MTN! Please get your act together. I'm actually considering another service provider !<br>
