Dual sim cannot be activated

Went into the local MTN shop at retail park In east London, got a dual SIM card activated. I was told it will take 48 hrs to activate. 1 month later and 3 visits back to the shop it's still not working.<br> I try call the 808 line every day but can never get through. <br> Eventually got through once in the whole month of trying, I was told it will be sorted, 2 weeks later still not working and another visit to the shop, the lady opened up a case with MTN.<br> Still today nothing working.<br> So frustrating MTN customer service is non existent.
